Bernie - No cost Socialism?

In response to the Wall Street Journal article asserting that Bernie Sander's socialist policies would cost $18 trillion dollars (see HERE), a number of liberals have disputed the figures (see HERE and HERE and HERE), with the latest coming from Robert Reich, Secretary of Labor under Clinton, in which he argues that Sander's policies wouldn't cost Americans anything, and may even save $42 trillion over a decade. (see HERE)

Perhaps the liberals forget that they told us the same thing about Obamacare (see HERE),  only to discover that we will be running $131 billion in deficits from 2015-2024 (see HERE)--though, in the interest of full disclosure, a recent CBO report suggests that the repealing Obamacare would increase deficits between $137 and $353 billion over the next ten years. (see HERE and HERE)

Besides, Obamacare has cost jobs and work hours (ibid and HERE), cost us in higher premiums (see HERE), raised and healthcare costs (see HERE), it has cost us doctors and insurance plans that we wanted to keep (see HERE), and it has cost us in increased taxes (see HERE)

But, leave it to the liberals to believe that there is such a thing as a free lunch.
